My smartphone is crucial to my business, so when it died I was worried I'd lose important data on top of not being able to communicate with customers. Contacted Computer Solutions due to locality , and James was very prompt, with a time to drop off my laptop, and actually spend time to explain the fault, which was excellent, and good service to fix, and speedy repair, now Dell laptop boots up successfully , and also advise on other fault that may be wrong due to age of laptop. Well what can I say except this company is a life saver! I had put a screen protector on my phone that wouldn't come off and the tempered glass kept shattering everytime I tried. After loosing my nails and cutting my fingers up I gave up and after asking around I was recommended JP in Earl Shilton. I was not dissapointed at all and can understand why he was recommended. I got a quick response to my SOS last night and he told me he could help, so I dropped my phone off at 9am today and then he called me when it was ready to pick up. He was really friendly and didn't make me feel stupid as some would have. Amazing value and I would deffinately recommend him again.

My laptop is integral to the running of my business, so when it started getting the blue screen of death, and running extremely hot, I wasn't sure where to take it. Then I remembered that a year or so ago I was given James' details by a friend of mine, in case I ever needed them. He had given me a good report, and that made it easier for me to trust my laptop to someone I didn't know. The repair took a few days, because there were a number of issues, but I now have it back as good as it was before. Excellent service, had a broken screen on my smart phone quickly fixed with no issues. Managed to completely lock myself out of my tablet, they sorted it all out no problem. Would always take any electrical item to them for repair or problem solving.
