Turned up as stated. Couldn't sort electrical problem first time as it needed further investigation. Came back as promised bang on time and completed job. Great work. Service: Light fixture repair

From first to final contact took almost 6 weeks for jobs that were completed in about a day. Adrian appeared to have some confusion about the difference between an estimate and a quote. Timekeeping was an issue for all three. In the early afternoon of the first day the electrician left the house with no explanation (and not returning) leaving a young apprentice to complete jobs in the house without supervision. None of them had any respect for the customers house, walking across carpets with trainers on in damp conditions. When I asked Adrian if he had a cover he just took his trainers off but continued to walk in and out in bare feet in damp conditions. The repair to the extractor fan top was a bodged job being sealed with duct tape and coated in silicone. I received the invoice the day before the job was completed and was then pestered for payment!! All in all, not a professional job..
