Mollie has really enjoyed her puppy grooming sessions with Nissa and Drew at Cloud K9. They have been absolutely brilliant with her and her confidence has grown with each session. They are both wonderful with animals and make Mollie feel safe and happy. She also looks amazing after each session. I will definitely be recommending Cloud K9 to friends. 😃🐶

Blue has just finished the puppy package with Nissa and Drew! He enjoyed an initial meet and greet to get him used to his surroundings before his first groom. We thought this was a great option and made us feel comfortable taking him there after meeting Nissa and Drew ourselves too! He always comes back looking and smelling amazing, and we couldn’t be happier with how handsome he looks. Nissa and Drew you are both great with Blue and he always comes back a very happy little pup! My Cavapoo has been going to cloud K9 since she was a puppy. From her first puppy meet and greet and plenty of treats to her being 2 and a half years old now. Nothing is ever too much trouble for the team. I love how much they adore each and every doggy that goes to them and treats them as their own.

Well once again Nissa & Drew excelled themselves. We asked if Coco could have a summer trim and it was perfect. Coco loves to go for her pamper loving all the attention and treats . Booked up now till Christmas, flippin eck will have to start shopping 😎😎😎

My elderly cat who needed some help with her grooming ( she will not let me do anything) spent some time with Nissa and Drew, she came home with a lion trim but her awful knotty bits were all gone, she will be so much more comfortable now, excellent service as always

My puppy Lilo came here for her groom and she loved it!! She came back looking and smelling amazing! Nissa is really lovely and was so patient with Lilo! It was so lovely to have a meet and greet for Lilo to meet Nissa and have a little explore before hand! She can’t wait for her next groom!

I’d recommend anybody to go to cloud9 grooming. Nissa is so kind and caring and the dogs adore her. My boys been a few times but took my girl for the first time today. I wasn’t sure how she would be but there was nothing to worry about. Nissa put her at ease the whole time. They both came out looking and smelling so glamorous. We are certainly nearly Crufts ready now.

From the initial meet and greet to his first wash and dry Pablo was extremely well looked after. Nissa was professional but more importantly calm and caring towards Pablo. The puppy package is a great idea to get him used to grooming. He came back looking great, feeling so soft and smelling amazing. We have already booked dates for the next 18 months! An exceptional service and Pablo is one good looking and happy puppy!

Honestly cannot thank you enough. Honey was so scared and timid when I first bought her to visit Nissa. But you were so patient and gave her space and time and now she loves coming to be groomed. Recently we've had her clipped on her back and tidied up for the first time and she looks absolutely beautiful. Nissa is always there to give me advice and really cares about her clients and the owners opinions. Don't think I'd ever go to anyone else now. Our little Milo had his first grooming experience at Cloud K9 this week. We were nervous as Milo hadn't been groomed before, and he hates the bath!! We are put at ease straight away and felt comfortable leaving him. We were even shown how to check his nails which was really helpful. When we picked Milo up he was so fresh and clean and he smelt amazing!! We (and Milo) loved it so much we have booked in future bookings! Thank you so much, 100% recommended!!
